Meet Tanya Fravel, Real Estate
A Spartanburg native, Tanya brings a rare combination of healthcare and business experience to real estate. After graduating from the University of South Carolina, she spent nearly a decade as a registered nurse, where she learned to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and stay calm when it matters most. She went on to earn her MBA in 2012 and spent years helping John grow the business behind the scenes before earning her South Carolina real estate license in 2023.
Tanya knows that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions, and an important step toward building wealth and a lasting legacy. She guides each client with the same care and attention she once gave her patients, so they feel informed, supported, and confident from start to finish.
Outside of real estate, Tanya loves spending time with John and their children, Jake and Anna, whether she’s planning family celebrations, enjoying a little shopping, or relaxing at the beach or the lake.
