Meet John Fravel, Founder & Team Lead
A Virginia native, John spent years managing golf courses in Northern Virginia, where he learned to lead teams, care for valuable property, and deliver a first-class experience daily. He moved to Spartanburg in December 2010 and began his real estate career in 2012. Since then, he has built the Fravel Team at Keller Williams Realty and helped more than 1,500 clients buy and sell homes across the Upstate.
John believes real estate is one of the most powerful ways to build wealth and create a lasting legacy, and he brings that perspective to every client he serves. His clients count on his market knowledge, strong negotiating, and steady guidance from the first conversation to closing day.
John’s commitment to the community goes well beyond real estate. He serves on the board of the Evans Training Center and supports local school and charities throughout the Upstate. Supporting veterans is especially close to his heart, and in 2019 he founded the annual Veterans Day Fishing Tournament, which raises money for local veterans’ charities. That commitment is built into the Fravel Team’s identity, as the stars and stripes in our logo honor the veterans John is proud to serve.
When he’s not working, John enjoys time with his family, a round of golf, or a day on the water with a fishing line in hand.
