Bill has called the Upstate home for more than 20 years, and he brings a perspective most agents don’t have. After graduating from Presbyterian College, he built his career in finance, specializing in consumer loans and mortgages. That experience helps his clients understand the financial side of buying a home, from budgeting and loan options to making a strong, well-prepared offer.
Whether you’re a first-time buyer, new to the area, or ready for your next home, Bill takes the time to listen and understand what matters most to you. His clients appreciate his patient, straightforward guidance and the confidence that comes from having someone in their corner who knows both the market and the numbers.
Outside of real estate, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife, Tracy, playing golf, and cheering on Clemson football. He also gives back to the community by volunteering with Mobile Meals.
